I had the good fortune to sit in that class last week at Photoshop World in Orlando and hear him deliver that in information in person. He's extremely passionate about what he does and it comes through in his delivery.

It's a decent writeup. As long as you push yourself to get better and more creative you will get noticed. The other part is learning how to market yourself.
