Been shooting a few of soccer games recently and thought I would share some images. Still trying to decide how "large" of an image to post here so please let me know if these should be bigger. C&C always welcome. Thanks -- Tim
Good work Tim. I generally post portraits at 650-700 pixels in height. Almost on the goalie, bit tight on the left foot and partial ball. Always tough to get action on goalies cause of the traffic usually blocking the scene. As an alternate I spend time getting their action durning warm ups.
Really enjoying the last shot. The depth of field puts the focus on the front player and the ball while allowing the second South player to be in the frame (has to be because of the position vs. the ball) without detracting from the front players facial expression.
