I joined years ago when I was a digital shooter. I got fed up and went back to film. This is the first time I've been back on for probably 6 or 7 years and I can't see any reference to film photography. That's absolutely no problem: there are other forums for film/darkroom workers. I was just wondering if there is any film input at all.
No, it's not digital only. It's just that there is very little interest in film these days. If you enjoy film you should go for it but don't expect much company.
Use the 'search' dialogue box to see what's current. You'll have to sort out a lot of "Fujifilm" threads if you search for "film", but you'll find quite a few.
Thanks for that, Jim. I did a search for D76 and then Tri X and when nothing turned up I though that was quite telling. But I didn't think of the alternative forum. I'll have a good look through that and maybe see if I convert a few people over to film. :-)
many images using film are posted at the Landscape forum. Unless the OP mentions it was film we probably would not even know. Obviously you need to scan the film to post it otherwise you could never share it on the internet.
