I like the filter, but don't like CS6.

Anyone know of a similar plug-in for CS5?

What is it (besides the crop tool) that you don't like? It's, for the most part, the same, but with some notable improvements - y'know - bigger brushes, larger feathers - good stuff.

Besides it not working properly for me, there are lots of things I don't like about it. Adobe, like Apple, seem to think that their improvements are what their users will consider improvements also, and do not give them the option of retaining features they like.

That is beside the point of my question. I want a similar plug-in for CS5.

Jeez, how simple do you need it to be?

Its only a little confusing and its the exact thing you asked for even a little better. Right click on the exe for extension manager run as admin and point to the file you downloaded. Just make sure you are using the right version x86 or 64bit.

Or you can try Topaz Simplify.

As simple as the title of this thread, if you don't mind.

That,s beautiful, too bad the original which has more control and considered better than the simplified version in CS6 too difficult for you to install. Hope you find a quick and easy to install substitute.
