Isn't that typical for free versions of apps nowadays? The high-bit plugin is not free.

how many places are you going to post this?
doing a search on google...the only place that mentions that neat image has toolbar hijacker is this thread and the other one you made in post processing.

maybe it's your pc that had the hijacker dormant for now installed?
