I went out to a local garden to take some flowers of spring tulips - I was too early, not a flower in sight! Here's the only thing of interest I could find to photograph:

Ages since I've been up that way, Edd, but you have got the Rhein to the West and the Black Forest to the South. Strasbourg is just a blast down the Autobahn, what particularly were you interested in?
...a sign of Spring, the same Black Kite looking for a nest site the day before through the fog. Just 400mm out my window, so I hope he finds a place I can watch him/her the whole brooding season. I've got Red and Black Kites, Boussard, falcons and some I'm-not-sures cruising around but so far none nesting in sight, think the Ravens keep them at bay.

The early daffodils and pansies are blooming but the trees are still bare here is southwest Missouri. Here is a pansy I picked today and did a focus-stack of.
