p.1 #1 · colorspace UDMA2

Have just got a colorspace UDMA2, [good, but not as good as my old JOBO gigavew]. It says that a car charger is available but gives no info about what to get. I like to use the screen quite a bit and am off soon to some very remote places so a car charger would give some peace of mind.

Has anyone found a solution to this?

a standard USB car charger works fine on version 1. I suggest you try it on v2.

You can also use the coax port. I have such an adapter, but perhaps it came from the a Nexto I bought earlier. I carry an extra 18650 cell if power is expected to be a problem. A cell can be swapped out in less than a minute.

Sadly, I have discovered that although a standard USB car charger works fine on version 1, this doesn�t work with version 2.

I have just had some instruction in electronics from my computer engineer nephew.
He pointed out the obvious to me.

�Just look for the specifications on the mains charger and get a car charger that has the same specs�!

I had a rummage through my box of old bits and found that my old JOBO Giga1 car charger has the right specs.

Output 5V / 2A.
