Great capture and I love the processing. The image has a very dark mood to it, it reminds of Poe (no..not Po from Kung Fu Panda!)

I'm way late getting back to this incredible image, Ray- sorry.
But thanks for the colour (

) version and the explanation.
Those colors are unique to my experiences with vultures- and they are amazing.
But I still prefer your B&W conversion because it more than documents- it adds a definite sense of mystery- almost Hitchcockian
