Handheld 99.9% of the time. I'd like to do more stuff on a tripod, but hasn't happened so far.

I'm out of shape and 50 pounds overweight, so it's definitely possible.

handheld if I need to.

I can get down to about 1/80sec handheld and get tack sharp photos

here is one at 1/125, a grab shot, never had tiime to set the tripod up
