Greg Rogalsky of Airdrie, near Calgary, Alberta will probably be hung out to air dry when PayPal revokes his account after Amex refuses to forward the funds as a result of Dennis justified disputation of the deal.

I think the Calgary Herald newspaper, who has printed some of his photos, would be interested in hearing about this fraud if it remains unresolved. They have a rather large readership in Alberta and across Canada.
We take fraud seriously in Canada, so contacting the Alberta provincial police force or the federal Royal Canadian Mounted Police will earn the seller a trip through the court system.

Like others I feel your pain, not as bad as you of course. And getting your money back, which I'm sure you will, may take some of the bad taste from your mouth. Like others I too hate to see this on "our" B&S.

Alberta doesn't have a provincial police force like Ontario has. We do have the RCMP and Edmonton and Calgary both have their own police services (EPS and CPS respectively).
Airdrie would be serviced by the local RCMP detachment.

Also, just want to reinforce that confrontation isn't a good idea after reading this thread: http://www.mixedmartialarts.com/?go=forum.posts&thread=738377&forum=29 ...in Calgary while he is warming up he gets one of his buddies to hold a water bottle while he pulls out a knife and starts slashing holes in it. I would actually say that every single second i have seen that guy he is generally doing something weird.
Edit: Searching "Greg Rogalsky" in google gave this thread on the third page. Need more activity to push it up.

omg, this is great. One guy screws up a photographer and million other photographers are searching him on facebook, google, escalating to government agencies...
Next time i get screwed, I should post here!!!
Wish the best outcome to you, Dennis. Amex usually takes care of this kind of stuffs pretty good for their customers, so I wouldnt worry much.

I think it's great. Put some pressure on the guy to do the right thing. One of the reasons FM is the kind of site it is, and the reason I joined here a few years ago- people care enough to help others out in situations like this.
