I'm not convinced by the model's expression... she looks like she's in on the joke somehow. Also, the shoes seem like an odd choice for this particular setting.
Getting the viewer to ask "What is going on here?" demonstrates the creative element worked. The image can have many interpretations, which is what makes it creative. My reaction is that the couple is playing out a fantasy, could be sexual, maybe domination, etc. The fact that the tied model is very well groomed and looks more like she is anticipating the arrival of the "villan" creates the impression that this is role playing. Not showing fear creates mystery. Why isn't she afraid? The title could be more creative, such as " No Fear Here". Any image that leaves open multiple paths of meaning is creative, in my opinion.
