Very nice Jim. Seeing nice images like this make me realize that I'm really going to have to work extra hard here in Austin Texas just to get a decent shot anywhere. There are good places here to shoot, you just have to be at the right place at the right time and know where to go. However I would love to go to the Grand Canyon and I know someday I probably will. Beautiful shots sir, a job well done!!

Nice set Jim. You worked the light and composition every well. The foreground tree and moon makes number 1 special but I like the color mix on the third as well.
I have never been to Moab. Looks amazing.

Hey Dean, I appreciate that. The earths shadow really helped in #3. I have always loved writing, so the blogging should be a natural progression, it's just a matter of being disciplined now to sit down and write them. I hope to be blogging on a weekly basis at least.

Hey Steve, I am glad you liked the series. As for the colors, I like my share of color too, and I often will bump the saturation up to get the color where I want it. But in these shots here, it's amazing that simply by processing them with the right amount of contrast gave me all the color I needed.
