Yes. I am in Thailand so it was whatever the local import tax is. He seems a totally honest seller so he will state total value - I'd expect to pay full import duty in the U.S.
The seller is excellent. I paid with a c/card through Paypal, which is registered in another country, yet he was willing to ship (divert it) to my address in Thailand. Totally traceable through Japanese (EMS?), prompt shipping, a great experience.
