Great set Tony.
These guys are so small which comes out well from the comparison with the finger in # 2.
I was amazed when I saw my first one over in Canada. I thought it was a butterfly!

Wow, just what I needed on a cold February morning! Thanks Tony! Only 2 more months, and my hummers will be back, so I'll try again to lug the rocks out to the yard, set up the water pump and hope for some bathing hummingbird shots like yours. Last year's attempt proved fruitless, bad location of the bath house and probably too late in the season. So I'm all ready to get set up early, I'm so inspired by your shots. Thanks for reminding me that our season is almost here!!

Thanks, Jane. Good luck this year. You will get more shots than I will, since I will no longer have a bathing setup where we now live.
I still childishly grin when I see your shots of the Hummers plucking fur from the cattails for nesting material, just something cool and special about that harmony of nature for me.
Of course when you also show Hummers doing the parallel bar that too is cool
Colorful intimate treats, size relationship to the hand is incredible and shows how delicate these birds are......very cool T.
