Again, turning a subject's shoulders so they aren't squarish to the camera would be more flattering. For PP, consider a crop, color correction, retouching her teeth, some sharpening, and perhaps some vignette:
For color balance, I added a curves layer and clicked the gray dropper on the wrist watch band. Then I added a Hue/Sat layer and bumped the hue about +12 to reduce the resulting reddish cast.

Hard for me to tell color casts but the sand looks better in Karen's rendition. The skin tones and hair are probably most accurate in Kent's.
I complicated and possibly improved matters but doing something new. I used Viveza to selectively warm and cool her/background, creating complex color balance issues.
