At first I was wondering why the sky was so blown out then i looked at the right hand side!

Thanks Ed! You may want to check your monitor. The only area that is "blown" is the bit of sky at lower left of the gust front.

As a fellow Kansan I must say this is a great shot. You made a great capture at the right moment. I know what you mean by the tempature change as it can be 30 degree difference.

Talk about dramatic! Wow! This front looks like it could carry you to Oz. I really like the contrast between the yellow of the road and the blue-green of the clouds on the right.
