very different in look and flange distance. from all the pictures i've seen from the konica, i much prefer the rokkor. this lens predates konica's acquisition of minolta i believe so they shouldn't really share any genealogy. did sony buy all the konica stuff too or just the minolta?
You know what was weird, when I was in Europe recently, there are still Konica Minolta ads up everywhere. I guess they only pulled out of the US market.
We have some here. Actually theres still some printing company that uses their gear. Big logo above door. But then, we still have Kodak Express shop/developing lab.. so nothing suprising.
A good deal on a 50/1.2 seems to be around $2200ish. With only 2001 made, that will probably double in no time.
Makes the Canon 50/1.2 RF look like a pretty good deal
