Six? What business are you in? (No hidden agendas, I'm just curious.)
Thanks, Mark
Just an amatuer. I dont have 6 at the same time.
I bought a few, returned 2, sold 3 and still have 1 D800e.
Its mostly for personal use. But I have not found the D800(e) focus wanting in anyway aside from the side points..

You must have an exceptionally terrible D800. I've had 6 so far. None have had poor AF. The left points might have been off to a certain extent and the right ones. But the AF in general was without fault
Beautiful work as usual. I have a D800, 300 f/4 and a virgin BushHawk. Would like to see how you tricked out your BushHawk for hand held, with 6 (+/-) lbs weight. thanks
I wish I can say that about my D800. I get about 20% keepers on a lucky day. I keep dreaming the day Nikon will finally be able to fix my D800. I can't wait.
Thanks. Maybe play around with your settings...my buddy has the left AF issue and just uses the 9 with >90% in focus.
These are tools, there are workarounds to "get the shot". I've yet to shoot a perfect camera body. Just sayin'

TM, that last one made me I love the third bird just watching.
I suspect that you could get these results with pretty much any D800 on the planet. Something must be wrong with you.
Thanks a lot, Dylan....my wife would agree with you.

Well yeah, but remember that Will can take great pictures with a shoebox and an old piece of fax paper.
Glad that zillion-pixel gadget is working for you, buddy!

Really nice. I have a very new D800 and so far so good. I hope to put it through its paces this weekend.
Thanks! If at first you don't succeed...change up your settings and fill another card.
