It's toll free, they let you trade in any old canon body (film, digital, slr, dslr, P&S, etc.) for a refurbished body that is currently in stock...the discount is usually 20% off referb price. They will also offer you the same discount on a referb lens at the time you get a body. Hope this helps...they are closed for T-Day but will be back open on Friday 9:00am EST.

When I did it they did not offer the deal on a lens. I just got the discount of a camera. Also, I don't think they always offer it on the top models. Unless I am mistaken they take the 5D II on and off the list of ofers. I have never seen anything above that on there but I don't check real often so I could have just not been there at the right time. I got a 7D thru it and have been happy with the deal. and the camera condition.. It appeared as new.
Don't forget to remind them one free return shipping label if it was not included in Canon confirmation emails. Make sure to return your old cam otherwise 20% off will be reversed on your credit card later on.
Unless I am mistaken they take the 5D II on and off the list of ofers.

The only deciding factor is if it's listed as "in stock" on the web. If so, that body then is included.

They always do to 7D/5D2 CLP when these items selling like a hot cake but changing the rule in couple weeks later when thing has became in normal traffic. Just be patient
Yeah and they are trolling me right now by showing it in stock every half hour or so and then when I click the 'add to cart' button a message comes up saying it's not in stock.
