This was shot in the early morning at the Patuxent Research Refuge in Laurel, Maryland. It was shot with my Canon 5D (Mk I) at 1/50, f/8, ISO 100. Post processing was done with Photomatix and Lightroom 4.
I tried to not go overboard on the HDR processing. I think I landed in a pretty good spot, but it may still be a bit too much. I do have a bit of a halo over the trees on the right of the image -- not sure if that can be corrected. I would benefit from some feedback.
This is one of my first attempts at HDR. I also don't do much B&W, but I felt B&W was more suitable for this image.
