p.1 #1 · PM outbox question?

I sent a PM to someone a few days ago about a trade and they have not replied back to my latest PM. The message in my outbox is still highlighted in the yellow color. Does this mean that they have not yet received the message and that's why they have not yet answered?

I think it means they have gotten the message, but they have not yet read it.
