A bit of nostalgia here for sure. My Mother served as a WREN in Britain during WW-II and was a telephone switchboard operator using the same sort of equipment. Twenty years later I started my first job and my employer had one of these boards operated by a very popular gal in the large office. Ah, the good old days!
