Changes I'd make: tone down blown-out areas (her left arm and top of her cute lil head are lost causes) -
I'd add a second layer,
click and drag on her left cheek,
pull the curve below 90,
then add a mask to the top image, paint away to reveal her upper face below.

Not sure how I missed this one. Nice composition ... no, great composition. You broak some of the rules with regards to clipping off fingers & arms, but that does not matter too much in this shot, especially in B&W. If you wante to make is stronger, crop about 1 inch off the bottom, just above her wrist.
... but the contrast is too high. You need to keep the background black (as it is) but recover the blown out areas just a tad ... most especially in the face.
