That last one is amazing. Great light, and so much going on.
That's my personal favorite from this batch. It kills me to look at it at full size though. I was up on the roof of a run down school building that was being used as a guard post. I was shooting off to screen right as the sun was setting when I saw the flock of sheep. I tried to re-establish my rig as quickly as I could and in the middle of doing so saw the motorcycle and knew I had a super shot coming. I wasn't quite fast enough and only had time for one shot before the bike sped by. At the moment I thought I had it but once at the computer I noticed I had missed the focus a bit. I have an 8x12 of it, which is beautiful, but sadly even at that size the missed focus is starting to show. It actually works for the soft light effect at mid-range sizes but too large and it becomes obvious it is out of focus.
It's like the one that got away. I never had another shot like that, and while ill find more great shots, ill never be able to recreate that one.

The last two are stunning, especially the last one. I love that it looks such an exotic and different (to me) place. You could probably get rid of the razor wire in the 3rd one given some time with the Content Aware Fill tool in PS and that too is a great image.
This one was taken from the same location as the other three from Afghanistan. It is with the Canon 300 f4L, so quite a different perspective than those three.
And yes those fuzzy looking short green plants running across the center are all marijuana, one of the most popular crops in the area. They actually make a 'chewing tobacco' like product with it. It is far cheaper than real tobacco for them. Poppy is also another popular crop however most of the poppy fields were closer to the mountains you see in the picture since the water runoff made irrigation easier.
I tried a serious photoshopping effort to correct the C-Wire that most people find distracting in the 3rd picture. Added it to the original post as well.
