Thanks for the review. I think the blue mic was shot wide open (f/4.0 equivalent). Its LCA suppression is quite impressive.

I presume you're talking about the Canon 100L macro? I thought IS lenses always corrected for lateral vibration, but that the new thing about the 100L was that it also corrects for rotational vibration.
