Bob:
The two tones of hair color brought about by the sidelighting bothers me a little on this. It certainly would not seem so prevalent in a darker haired person.

Nice, but as mentioned already, the dark/light of her hair is an oddity.

Also the in focus/blurred feature of her hair is a further oddity.
