p.1 #1 · What do you think about the 18-105m lens

I was in Best Buy a couple of hours ago and saw the D7000 paired with a 18-105mm lens, I don't know much about the lens so I though I would get on here and see what you guys thought and if you had any photos you could post that were taken with the lens. I did a search before this post and oddly nothing came up other than in the buy/sell area. Thanks

check Thom Hogan's site [just google him]........he has reviews on lots of nikon equipment and a good reputation for knowing what he is talking about

had it on my D90, it was decent, certainly not spectacular but versatile and I came away with nice pics..then I bought the 70-200 VRII 2.8 and it brought tears to me eyes

then again for $2400 it should
