Nope. Not on a PC, either. Only Canon can tell you.

somebody earlier said myshuttercount.com, I tried it and it worked...just past a pic in and it tells you...really slick...assuming you have your file naming set to continuous

If you haven't reset the counter manually (or too many times), the various website counters should be close, but only because they're looking at the file number in the exif. They're not reading the shutter count from the firmware in the body.

They also don't count any actuations from Live View.

Install gphoto2 and use the mentioned commands as in the link above. it worked with 7D and 5DIII. they have 1D III is list of supported cameras so I am guessing it should work. Do not have to pay like the eoscount its free.
