Since I bought my 5d mk2 I noticed it shows a lot of blobs/specks/dots when I look through the viewfinder, did the sky test - immaculate
so I figured it was only inside the liveview and kept going, today I noticed a speck in liveview, but it does not show in the picture, and when I zoom in live view it is always at the same place, even if I move the image around
so, is there anything like another sensor, a liveview secondary sensor to accumulate dust ?
Your description is confusing. First you said that you see the dust through the viewfinder and then you said you see it on live view. Which one is it? The viewfinder view does not come through the sensor so if there is dust visible there then it is either in the viewfinder itself or in the lens. The live view on the other hand comes through the sensor so if you see a spot there then it could be dust on the sensor or a stuck pixel on the sensor or a stuck pixel in the LCD itself.
No, LV is directly from your main sensor. If you see specks on LV and not on final photos, maybe you have them mapped out. Canon does have this function.
I am confused here too, changed the lens, same thing
I had an issue like that with a nifty fifty a long ago, but I could see it in the lens
let me organize the facts:
1- it does not show in pictures, at f1.4 or f10
2- it shows in video, but I just tested, two videos one at f9 it shows a fixed white mark; at 2.8 nothing...

It's likely to be DUST on the sensor. It will notice more and more as you stop down.
Go out and shoot a plain sky at various fstops and you should see it more prominent as you get to the much smaller fstops .
And just to clear up a few points above.
Anything you can see thru the OPTICLE viewfinder won't be seen in the image (unless its on the lens )
Canon have only 1 imaging sensor . Its used for still, video and live view.
