@ Candice - Are your clients using this exclusively in your studio?
It looks like a great tool but I'm not sure it would work with the majority of my clients that only come to our studio for a consultation (prints are delivered online) or live out of town and Skype consultations with us.
I'm using it, not them. 99% of my clients are on vacation, so I shoot their session, edit overnight and bring them in the next morning to proof. We go through the set and narrow down their favorites and I put together wall galleries while we talk about their home/walls/decor/etc...
I have used it to send ideas via email, but having them there in person is pretty much essential. They feel the need to make a decision right away (I offer a small discount for ordering in person) rather than by email where they have too much time to sit, think, and talk themselves out of stuff.
