Just got the camera. What settings have you found work best for sports and action? All the descriptors seem a little the same.

I mostly shoot mt biking, skiing/snowboarding and kiteboarding.

So far for air racing, air shows, and sportscar racing, I have left it on case 4 and could not be happier.

Read the manual, there are 6 case settings for AF.
