p.1 #1 · C&C - 6 Month Old Session

Hey guys/gals. I posted earlier about ideas for this backyard session.

Let me know what you guys think! C&C, So the Good and the bad. But being the 1st real client
outside family and friends I'm happy with the outcome.

The Parents couldn't get the child to smile but a couple of times, I had the session after nap time so
she wouldn't be cranky and tired. (I'm assuming this was a good idea)

Setup - I brought everything to their back yard minus the large pumpkins.

Gear: Canon 5D Classic, Canon 85mm f/1.8

Thats all 9 that I edited, from the 1.5 Hr session. Yeah... Long. But since I was free all day, my first true baby session and they couldn't get her to smile I told them I'd shoot past the 30Minute session we agreed upon.

I like the angle from #1 where the trees in the background are not visible. The black fabric is distracting and doesn't jive with the rest of the setting, although I understand why you used it. Lighting actually looks quite good, although I think a bit of warmth and contrast might make it pop a bit better.

Yeah the Black Fabric was actually for me to lay on, on the grass; Until the baby wouldn't sit or anything because the Hay was "Pokey"
:/
