Very cool looking treatment. Interesting composition.
When you say IR, do you mean you processed to look IR, or did you shoot in IR?
Either way, it's well done.
The clouds could be dodged in a little, just to make them pop out.

Thanks! The original image was taken in color ir and then converted into b&w. I'll post the color version shortly. I would also agree that the clouds could use some dodging as well.
