The colors are beautiful and the the detail excellent.
I love the capture with one webbed foot in the air. And I like that you got the camera sensor close to parallel to the body and head.
Possible improvements?
Even better if the head was just a bit more tilted to the right. (Sorry, this is a bit of Artie Morris perfectionism coming through).
Background is pretty busy, but nicely out of focus. I would take down the brightness of the horizontal yellowish band on the left. Probably combined with a bit of crop from the left to get the duck less centered. Maybe crop just to the edge of the duck's shadow?
I'd do something about the curious blue shapes upper right.
And you might desaturate the background a bit, add some vignette.
I would consider this one, once tuned up, a potential calendar entry.
