p.1 #1 · VSCO Film Presets | Lightroom

Is there anybody out there with a good experience with these VSCO presets?

They cover a large amount of film types, but I would personally have no idea how these would stack up against the real film types (I've only shot digital extensively).

There are many threads on VSCO in several forums (PP, Wedding, People, etc.) - search for VSCO in title (all boards) in the last year and you should find a bunch

Actually, there are not that much treads when you search for it that way ... Less then 10, and nearly anything "usuable".

Patrick La Roque has a useful review of VSCO Film 01, though specifically for Aperture users. Note that VSCO Film 02 is now available.

Having looked at many VSCO Film photos, I think the look matches a nostalgic’s imagination closer than the true film look. It’s all grain and warm colours – not unappealing, mind you – rather than RTPII under hot lights or medium-format RVP at sunset, which is how film actually looked in magazines.
