Whilst LED lights are now becoming powerful enough to be used instead of other forms of continuous lighting they are not a replacement for flash use in macrophotography. Firstly they are still not anywhere near powerful enough and secondly they obviously do not behave as an effective fast shutter speed helping to stop motion.
To give an idea , I did some fuchsia flower shots at the weekend at about 2:1 magnification- with flash I happily shot at F11, ISO100, 1/200th. I then used a LED inspection lamp bar that is similar to the manfrotto lamps you linked to. I ended up shooting at ISO1600, F4.5, 1/25th. The only thing that did impress me was the LEDs colour temp was just about daylight.
I daresay that if you got some system to focus the light down to the subject size it would be more useful.
