Hello everyone. I finally got a chance to shoot an actual engagement session. He's a friend of mine and a fellow veteran. As soon as I found out he got engaged I offered to do this session and they agreed.
This session is definitely an eye opener and taught me many things to be better prepared for my next shoot.
Nice job on your first e-session! You have some really nice creative touches to these shots, and I'm sure the couple were very happy with these. I agree with Robin on 13, my first thought when I saw his hand. My faves are 10 and 11, and 14 has potential, but I would have brought the angle of the shot down some and cropped at top of the vines. Nice job!

I really appreciate the feedback. I'll try getting lower next time. It was a bit unsafe to do it on 14 as I was already sitting down on the street.

Becareful posing like 13. It looks like she is pregnant because of his hand placement.
I caught that during PP and didn't realized it during the shoot. I pretty much just placed the couple at the spot I wanted to shoot and just gave them vague guidance on posing. I wanted them to do their own thing as to me it makes the subjects much more relax in front of the camera.
Any comment on technical stuff? Any exposure issue that you noticed? Thanks again!
