Thanks Jim, I must admit that I cheated somewhat to get the composition. The whole plant is a bit messy. It is in my swimming pool that I filled with soil and planted with various, mostly native plants. I plucked one of the flowers, held it in one hand and held the camera in the other hand.

Thanks David, I prefer flowers that are simple and not too complicated. I'm not much for Composites and the like.

Birdie Thanks Birdie, I thought for a little while this PM that I was going to get some damsel photos but was chased out of my front yard and pond by a thunder storm. Now that our summer rains are starting I'm seeing a few damsels and dragons.

Thanks Ken, I expect next summer I'll probably be overrun by this plant. It is producing a ton of seeds. Well, maybe not a ton but a lot anyway.
