p.1 #1 · Charter business class internet? Any good?

I'm going to be moving here shortly and with that means I'll be picking up a new ISP.

I had heard good things about Comcast's business class internet, particularly about how much better the customer service was versus their residential offerings.

It does not appear that Comcast provides internet where I will move to, but Charter does.

Anyone use charter's business class internet? Is it a similar story- superior customer service versus the "standard" packages?

I'm considering getting a business class ISP even though I am just a regular user, because I am tired of crappy customer service. I heard going to a business class line may be a solution to this (and when compared to just a basic internet plan, not much more expensive either). I thought some of you guys here who use their ISPs in a business capacity may have experience with Charter and can share your thoughts.

Mainly looking for enhanced reliability (stable connections and sustained speeds), superior customer service, and possibly better upload speeds over a standard residential package.

Thanks

Norman

I currently use Charter business internet and I'm happy. I can't speak for how you'll be. I came from Verizon who had shitty customer service and horrible tech service.

Charter, for me, has been reliable and the internet has been steady with no downtime at all.

I dont' like their phone packages because you're forced to go with things that you may not want, but they're built into the package, costing you more.

I.E. call waiting......i would prefer that my second line roll over to my answering machine like it did when I had Verizon.....but it doesn't and they can't fix it. It's not part of their package. Sucks.
