interesting effect and in bw. it does tell me that it is freezing but I begin to look in the image and am ok with the effect on the background trees and the large trees in the front. It is not being able to see the ducks and the ones on the water better that I don't like
I like the effect until my eyes wander to the water. I am having trouble discerning what is happening on the surface. It appears partly frozen, partly turbulent, partly inhabited by ducks. If there is a way to clean that area, I would recommend it. Otherwise, I love it. Especially the trees. They sing me their songs of sorrow.
Love, love, love the trees, bridge, foreground, but I'm with the others on the water. Just needs more detail there, otherwise, it just looks like a bunch of rocks.
I miss the ducks.................even the ducks that looked like rocks seemed better. The way you have "removed" the ducks makes the scene look just that, edited. The water on the left, right and other side of bridge all have movement, yet the middle is just a blob (sorry, that's sort of what it looks like now). I say go back to original, it was beautimous!
