How close does your camera focus? How accurate is the rangefinder? How accurate is the parallax compensation in the viewfinder? Try and it see. My Mamiya 7 lenses focus down to about on meter, so true closeups are kind of out of the question.
I can with the Mamiya, but I've had the rangefinder on it calibrated. I don't know about your camera. You'll have to test it and see. You're also pretty much stuck with focus and recompose with rangefinders, and that can lead to errors as well.
