C&C always appreciated. Thanks for looking. I see the noise in this. I've done what I know how to do to eliminate it with Aperture. This was shot handheld.
This is a nice shot Leesa. I do have a suggestion though - You should be able to get by with a ss of 1/100, maybe less since the lens has IS. This would allow you to decrease the ISO for less noise, and increase the F-stop for more dof ~ Ron
Gotcha Ron. I had been shooting birds at the feeder, hence the high shutter speed. I neglected to shift back to AF. But, forgetting to do that betrays my novice status. The more times I hear these things, the more I integrate them into my thinking. Thanks very much for taking the time to respond. By the way, i very much enjoy your work.
