p.1 #1 · Visitor to a small, Lonely Sunflower

This little colorful guy has been hangin around a lone sunflower that I have been doing a "study" on the development of. Don't know what it is, it flies ans kind of reminds me of a Neon Tetra with its coloration.

got one of these this past week-end,and my guide tells me it,s, a Scarlet and Green Leafhopper.
