Unless their site is protected and lawyered, you can often control-click (mac) on the image and copy the address. Then using BBcode tags, you can paste that code in your post. If your isp provides some server space to you, just store them there and post the address. That's the cleanest way next to using the FM upload service.
The "embed" link next to your photo will have the necessary link for the image. You don't need all the embed information for posting here on FM - just the address of the image beginning with "http" and ending with ".jpg". You will also need to change the "/3" at the end of the image address to "/4" if you want to post the full image.
