p.1 #1 · Velvia Vision Install & Missing Photoshop Plug-in folder

Im trying re-install FM Velvia Vision,and noticed that in my PS CS4 the plug-in folder folder "Adobe Photoshop Only" is missing, and I cannot get it to install even after running CS4 installer again.

Any solutions would be appreciated.

I read that Velvia Vision is not compatible with CS4 is that still the case?
