I have a Sony DSC TX10 (which is a pretty nice pocket camera) but it took a fall today and now the touch screen is cracked (who knows what else)...I know the easy answer is to just send it directly to Sony for repair (if it's economical to fix) but does anyone have from actual experience if the Sony route or some other repair facility might be a better option?
