Shirley Temple.

My first job right out of college was at a nightlife magazine in Wisconsin. I don't drink at all and I was spending four nights a week in bars. There was this bartender in MKE that kind of freelanced and he'd always be at different bars. After about two months he just caught on that I always order a Shirley temple, so whenever I showed up he'd just make me one.

Smart water. But that's all I drink anyways (with the exception of occasional alcohol, not at weddings). After cutting back to water only I shed so much weight that it was easy not to want soda ever again.

You've inspired me! I just started a diet this week. I need to loose 50lbs. OJ is my weakness though.

Water. I crave Sprite by the time we get to the reception, especially if it's really hot. Trying to break that habit. I have a beer or glass of wine when I get home while I'm backing up files.

CapriSun Fruit Punch (prep) > Smart Water (ceremony) > Sweet Tea (dinner) > Clear Liquors (dancing)

Seriously.

I drink water. I am afraid to have any booze during a wedding, I'm afraid of lawsuits.

I have been requested several times to do it by client.

Yeah, I'm a Shirley Temple kind of guy during the wedding. The bar tenders usually go, "What? C'mon..." Depending on my couple, I might have a beer.

When I get home and I'm downloading cards, I'll usually have a beer or a glass of Macallan 18. Yum.

Diet Coke or water...

I'm way too manly to stroll up to the bar and order a Shirley Temple.

Come on now Maxwell, a real manly man can order a Shirley Temple and even wear a pink shirt (as long my wife picked it out for me along with a coordinated tie).

You can do it. I've lost 45lbs off my 5'2" frame since last June and I attribute a lot of it to going water only for a while. I drink coffee now too, but no more lattes. Dropped from 33%-19% body fat too.

Man... same here. I feel SO much better when not caffeinated during a wedding.

Water. A beer or two sometimes at the end of the reception. Caffeine only when I'm shooting full day Hindu weddings (when I have to wake up at effin 4am!).
