I'm looking to pick up a macro lens for my new OM-D (m4/3) and came across a Tamron Adaptall 90mm f/2.5, I would obviously need an adapter. Fotodiox has one listed as an Adaptall II > m4/3 adapter, would this work? Basically I'm wondering if there was some kind of change in the Adaptall mount, or if the 2 refers to something else. Any advice/information is appreciated.
That adapter will work fine with both Adaptall and Adaptall-2 lenses. FYI, the 90/2.5 macro is a Adaptall-2 lens.
Regarding Adaptall and Adaptall II mounts, they are physically the same with very minor differences that are only applicable to few camera systems (i.e Canon FD).
The most important part of the name "Tamron SP 90mm F/2.5 Macro", is "SP" (Super Performance). This is the primo class for Tamron. Similar to "EX" for Sigma, "AT-X" for Tokina, and "Series 1" for Vivitar (late '80's to early '90's). It's sort of like Canon L, Pentax *ED, and Nikon *ED, but not quite there, in most cases.
You'll also find there are two models, earlier the 52B and later the 52BB. Former is older but they are of equal quality (High), latter is more modern in appearance and takes a 55mm filter.
I only received my 52BB this afternoon and so looking forward to trying it out. From all reports it's close if not quite the quality of older manual focus Nikkor 55mm Micro but at 90mm allows for a bit more distance between camera and object of interest.

I've got the 52BB and have owned the 55/3.5 Micro-Nikkor. My experience is that sharpness is comparable but the Nikkor has better colour, the Tamron has somewhat muted colour which is my only real beef with an otherwise excellent lens.
My 52BB should be showing up today, at about $130 with shipping and MFT adapter I think it will be a good bargain. Harder to find a bad macro lens than a good one in my experience so I'm not hugely concerned about the optics.
