How many here uses Digital Photo Professional to veryify the part of image that they are focusing while taking shot is actually what they are getting in focus when they are viewing on computer screen ? I've not found any other software apart from Digital Photo Professional (one that is bundled with Canon) any other sotware will show you actual focus point and than you can overlay that information with what you are seeing on computer screen to actually verify what you thought in focus is actually in focus. This could be really helpful to understand if it is issue with body or lens.
I find LR3/4 not to be exactly reliable source when it comes to telling what I shot in AF is what I actually got on screen.
