What we had during a recent dining out at our favorite sushi restaurant. It is seared engawa (fin muscle of halibut), a little lemon juice, sea salt and garnished with yuzu paste (some sort of a citrus) on the top. Absolutely delicious!
Nice shot, just can't work up to eating sushi, reminds me when I was oversea's and seeing the fish market with an old fellow sitting behind he table of fish swatting flies off the fish, shrimp I can put a few of them away. good luck.
